About

Autumn enjoys music, singing, and trying to do some songwriting. While generally tentative about raising her hand to sing, Autumn performs from time to time at church and regionally with the support of many friends and family and her church family.

Music Bio

- Autumn participated in the South Dakota, Elementary/Middle School Festival Honor Choir for her three years of eligibility (4th, 5th, 6th grade). With 850-1000 statewide applicants vying for 150 slots each year, Autumn was one of 16 students in the state invited for all three years

- Autumn's singing was limited to humming around the house and school choirs until, at the age of 12, she was discovered by a dear family friend, Rachel and her family during a school step-out solo in the Spring of 2012

- Rachel invited Autumn to a local talent show in the Fall of 2012 where she performed her first, full public solo. NOTE: Rachel will not accept any credit for what she did so it was decided that we will just tell everyone whether she likes it or not. Thanks Rachel!!

- Autumn started to pursue singing solo in April 2013

- YouTube Artist, Summer 2013

Description

There are no shortcuts in singing and music. Performing for others is a service and an honor. That some are moved or touched in a positive way is alone worth the investment and effort.

Where any of this will go is surely less important than the journey, people, and memories that I have had and will experience along the way. And it all started with the actions of one take-action lady by the name of Rachel. ;)

Thanks for tuning in and for your support!
